In the beginning, Monte Hindbo started Fraction Energy Services. As the founder, he designed and manufactured a fleet of 60+ sea ring (or AST’S).
After Fraction Energy Services, Monte founded Thinktank Products Inc. and Thinktank Products USA LLC. The company designed, manufactured, rented and operated 108 Minion tanks in western Canada, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma
Monte now currently owns and founded Spearhead Manufacturing as well as Spearhead Sand. Working closely with his team, he continues to create and develop new advance solutions for the industry.
